A short time ago, we spoke here on gastronomics experiences in trips. I remembered now of that I cannot leave to register. Two, in the truth, both in the city Light and the top of all the gastronomicamente typical experiences that already I had in trips. Paris has two great institutions, in if treating to it would hotelaria current: plaza Athenée and the Hôtel de Crillon. All good, has the Ritz, that it is patrimony of the city, but the Athenée and the Crillon summarize the parisiense style of living well. E here it is that I could prove a bit of the culinária of both in last February. Plaza Athenée is the luxury hotel that more receives Brazilians in the French capital. It congregates classroom and modernity in the certain measure and is in the address of the dreams of any consumista: with the Eiffel tower in a tip and the Sacre-Coeur in the other, with Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Chanel and others to the side. Its coffee is absolute charm and valley the price alone for the chance of looking at the people who pass for there, of all the types, ages, classrooms and nationalities. E then I was presented the car-head of the house: religieuse, one docinho soft and esplendido, with the subtle touch of maracujá of chef Alain Ducasse. E the tea (that the Frenchmen never do not sweeten) comes in pratarias to melt hearts. Yes, he is more expensive than the bakery in the esquina of its hotel; but valley each cent that you spend, for the environment and the flavor. But same gastronomia is what brunch of the Crillon, most famous of the city, offers. In the used hall for Maria Antonieta for its lessons of piano, the sundays start with charm and flavor to the extremity. Of the half day to the four of the afternoon, at the cost of 66 euros for person, chef Jean-François Piège (covered with star for the Michelin) makes divine inventions in the meal that substitutes coffee and lunch. Hot plates with trufas and lobsters, jamon Serrano, tenros, pãezinhos cheeses, a dessert jellies, cakes, crepes and stand to cause until sadness. Teas, juices, wines, everything to the will and watered (literally) champagne Tattinger, one of most traditional of the world. It can bet: euros of they will most be invested in its trip, and with the face most traditional of Paris. Impossible to forget.
